Utterly useless. Constant network error messages. Shows available flights are available on your requested dates but when you click to continue, it just bombs out. Also doesn't show a selection of available dates to choose from. You have to choose set dates and hope those dates are available and no date is available. Extremely poorly developed App. Poor show guys. And very frustrating

Frustrating - booked all the tickets, entered the names and contact details and then the app froze. Had to start all over from scratch. Would have preferred the websitte option, but this promo is for the app only. Very annoying

With the R10 sale going on, all media says that you should still be able to book flights and manage existing flights via the app This is not the case! I downloaded the app to make a change to my existing booking because I can't do so via the website and it has a pop up that cannot be closed saying that you are in line for the sale and will enter the app when it is your turn! Rubbish service management for their birthday sale
